ABB Offers 12 Homes in Çankaya and Mamak: Tender Guide

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality is offering 12 residential properties in Çankaya and Mamak through separate sealed-bid tenders on 19 November 2026, starting at 14:00. The total estimated value is TRY 85,850,000; these figures are valuations, not completed sale prices.

Six properties are in Çankaya, in Karakusunlar and Mühye. The two Karakusunlar homes have stated net areas of 149.41 sqm, with estimated values of TRY 17.5 million and TRY 18 million. Their independent unit numbers are 88 and 96. The Mühye homes have stated gross areas ranging from 121.57 to 262.53 sqm, and estimated values of TRY 6.5 million to TRY 16 million. The remaining six homes are in General Zeki Doğan and Mutlu, Mamak, with estimated values of TRY 1.4 million to TRY 2.3 million.

Key deadlines Tender specifications must be obtained by 18 November 2026 at 16:00. Bids must be delivered by 19 November at 12:00. The first tender begins at 14:00 that day. Specifications cost TRY 2,500 plus VAT. Bid securities are listed at 5% of each property's estimated value. The announcement requires cash payment of the purchase price and specified tender expenses.

Before bidding Do not compare gross and net floor areas as if they were identical. Inspect the property, check its actual condition and potential renovation needs, and review occupancy, delivery terms, title restrictions and ongoing expenses. Set a total budget rather than considering the estimated property value alone. Confirm the required documentation for your participation type in the specifications.
